Recipe: Smoothie Bowl

Good Morning, Pretties,

Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite breakfast (and any other time of the day because it's so good) recipes! It's a blueberry banana smoothie bowl and its not only delicious but it's filled with really great ingredients.

So heres how to make it, its so simple and easy:

Step 1. Blend together:

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas (you wanna use frozen fruit because you want the consistency to be thicker since you eat this out of a bowl instead of drinking like a regular smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 

Step 2. Add any toppings you'd like, below are some of my favorites:

  • sliced banana
  • sliced strawberries
  • granola 
  • blueberries
  • coconut chips 
  • honey
  • chia seeds

And that's it! You're done and ready to eat your smoothie bowl, below is what mine normally looks like.
