5 MUST See Films This Summer

Hello again,

Who isn't a fan of a night out and a good movie? This summer we're pretty lucky with such amazing upcoming films. Whether you're a superhero fan, femme fatale action, or even lookin' for a rom-com, there's a new flick for you!

Here are 5 of the best films that are either out right now or will debut this summer:

1. Wonder Woman
SEE THIS MOVIE IF IT IS THE LAST THING YOU DO THIS YEAR. Okay, that's a little extreme, but seriously this movie is amazing and I would definitely recommend it. Even if you're not a fan of the superhero genre, Diana Prince is a full on force to reckoned with.

2. The Big Sick (limited release as of June 23)
This Judd Apatow rom-com is an adaptation of Kumail Nanjiani & Emily V. Gordon's actual love story (aka adorable). Nanjiani (who plays himself) begins a relationship with Gordon (played by Zoe Kazan) but only a few months into their romance, Gordon falls extremely ill.  All at once, this film seems a sweet, sad, and emotional tale.

3. Atomic Blonde ( July 23)
Female James Bond? Check. Queen/Chameleon Charlize Theron? Check. Action-packed film? Check. This movie hasn't been released yet so the entire plot has yet to be divulged but from the looks of the trailers, Charlize is here to kick booty and take names. What more could we all want, really?

4. Rough Night
What looks like a Bridesmaids reboot is actually a hysterical wedding-comedy all by itself.  The bride, Scarlett Johansson, is just trying to celebrate her wedding...however, with a cast of some of the funniest women in TV and film right now, things go more than slightly awry for her.

5. House
Getting into college? Not a problem. Paying for it? A whole different story.  Amy Poehler and Will Ferrell star as parents who can't send their daughter to college without some serious cash flow help.  A brilliant neighbor (we've all got one) suggests a homemade casino to do the trick. While I'm sure everything works out perfectly for them, it's probably best to sit back and watch this hysterical plan unfold.

Happy watching!
